Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to plan, facilitate, and lead all Scrum ceremonies for cross-functional teams in a GMP/NPI manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; ensuring compliance with cGEP/cGMP standards; guiding the decomposition of epics into stories, tasks, spikes and other actionable items; coaching teams on Scrum principles and Agile processes to enable a high-performing, self-organizing team. You will ensure stories progress through all workflow steps, maintain transparency and delivery momentum, identify and remove impediments, and escalate issues when needed. Partner with Development Managers to support planning, prioritization, capacity management, and forecasting; conduct retrospectives and drive continuous improvement; schedule backlog grooming and ensure readiness of upcoming work. Collaborate with PMO and clients to clarify requirements and align development output, and act as a liaison between development teams and product management to ensure processes, governance, and delivery standards. Monitor risks and delivery issues and drive resolution through appropriate channels. Required/Preferred: 10+ years’ experience in Agile, with at least 4+ years in Robotic, Embedded, or Manufacturing environments; hands-on experience with NPI and GMP and new process development from a Scrum perspective; bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework; experience with Scrum tools
