Vend Park is a unified technology and operations company transforming how commercial real estate owners manage and monetize parking. We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive Vend’s brand and demand generation, working closely with the CEO and the current fractional head of marketing. You’ll own Vend’s content engine and lead programs across blogs, customer stories, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, sales enablement materials, presentations, and other marketing assets to educate prospects, strengthen our brand, and support revenue growth. You’ll manage our digital marketing programs, website strategy, SEO, paid campaigns, analytics, and conversion optimization, coordinating with external agencies. You’ll plan and execute memorable customer and industry events—trade shows, webinars, executive events, customer experiences, property showcases, and field programs—to strengthen relationships and pipeline. You’ll partner with Sales to develop account-based campaigns and sales enablement resources that accelerate opportunities.
