Comfrt, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand focused on mental wellness and inclusive comfort, is seeking a driven, hands-on Recruiter to support our recruiting function during a period of growth. In this role, you will run full-cycle recruiting, partner closely with hiring managers, and help attract, assess, and hire top talent quickly. What you'll own - Full-cycle recruiting: define role scope and interview structure with hiring managers; manage job postings and hiring workflows in our ATS (JazzHR/Greenhouse); conduct first-round interviews; present qualified candidates with structured assessments; drive high-quality interview processes to improve hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fill; proactively source and engage top talent using our ATS and LinkedIn. - Candidate experience: be the primary point of contact for candidates; coordinate interview scheduling across time zones; represent Comfrt in every candidate interaction. - Process and coordination: track recruiting activity and share updates with the Director of HR; help refine processes to keep pipelines moving.
