You will define what constitutes success, develop long-term strategy, and collaborate with Search teams to transform traditional search into immersive, conversational AI experiences across AIO and AIM. You will be a strategic, data-driven leader who navigates dense cross-functional ecosystems and takes bold calculated risks. Responsibilities include establishing high-velocity sprint cycles, mapping research journeys across AIO and AIM, building a robust loss taxonomy with deep-dive analysis to design high-impact experiments, validating market size and opportunity, and managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to global launch with cross-functional consensus. Compensation in the United States is $163,000 - $236,000 (USD) plus a 15% target bonus, equity, and benefits.
