We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Pigment & Ink to join our team in Lagos, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pigment sales, strategic planning, and market analysis, with solid technical knowledge of pigment applications. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities in the pigment and ink markets, achieving sales targets and revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies for different pigment types, and maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration or a related field; at least 8 years of sales experience in the chemical or pigment/ink industry; and strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. The role also requires regulatory understanding in the chemical industry and the ability to translate technical data into actionable market strategies.
