You will work to reduce platform complexity and create scalable design solutions that improve the customer experience and lower the cost to serve. Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and engineers to identify opportunities, validate assumptions through user research, and deliver polished final products. Requirements include 4–7 years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams, a deep understanding of user-centered design methods and design systems, and a strong portfolio with high-quality visual and interaction design. A related technical degree is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with AI-powered or automation-driven experiences and knowledge of commerce, POS, order management, ERP/WMS, or merchandising products.
