Wonderful Sales, the sales and merchandising organization for The Wonderful Company, is seeking a results-driven field sales professional to develop and maintain 60+ grocery retail relationships within an approximately 100-mile territory. Responsibilities include selecting the best in-store locations for displaying all Wonderful brands, stocking products, maintaining shelf integrity during remodels and grand openings, and implementing company-driven marketing programs such as POS and coupon initiatives. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with store personnel and managers to drive distribution and optimize promotion of Wonderful Pistachios, POM Wonderful, Halos Citrus, and other brand products. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate proven retail sales success, persuasive selling and negotiation skills, the ability to manage a large territory and drive day-to-day drive time, and strong interpersonal and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. The position may require early starts around 7:00 a.m., occasional travel to Los Angeles (3–4 times per year), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
