Direct and oversee daily Sales and Intake operations; provide coaching, skill development, and structured performance evaluations.
Set clear expectations, maintain accountability, and foster a high-output culture.
Build scalable workflows to improve efficiency and client experience; ensure timely responses to leads.
Enforce SOPs, scripts, and compliance standards; audit missed/dropped calls and follow-up execution.
Collaborate with Marketing and AI tooling (AI Automator Specialist, call analytics) to improve data capture, QA, and trends.
Track lead flow, consultations, conversions, referral sources, and case values; provide leadership with pipeline insights.
Role-play with team members to strengthen closing skills; cross-functional collaboration with attorneys and lea
