Key responsibilities include supervising, training, and developing employees; maintaining clear communication with customers and staff; monitoring sales goals and inventory accuracy; following structured store procedures, managing inventory, cash handling, and shrink control; collaborating with store staff and commercial department leaders to ensure smooth operations; leading parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets; enforcing safety policies and promoting risk management.

Qualifications include demonstrated leadership and integrity, flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed; bilingual Spanish and English is a plus; automotive retail experience; ASE Certification.
