Front of House (FOH) Team Leader is sought for Pacific Catch, Inc. We are looking for experienced restaurant leaders who deliver first-class service and hospitality. This is a full-time, hourly position typically 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities include effectively managing the restaurant and FOH team within company policies, providing direction, leadership, and mentoring to all FOH staff across shifts, ensuring fast, accurate service with friendly guest interaction, guiding guests through the menu and ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly, conducting inventory and cash control procedures, maintaining clean stations and dining areas, handling guest concerns professionally, and completing daily, weekly, monthly operational, administrative, and HR-related duties.

Compensation: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour, including overtime.
