This field sales role provides control over earnings with uncapped commissions. You will meet customers face-to-face, assess their protection needs, and help them choose the right security solution. Some leads are provided, and you will also generate your own opportunities through field prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up. Responsibilities include selling ADT security solutions to residential and commercial customers, following up on leads, prospecting neighborhoods and local businesses, meeting homeowners, business owners, and decision-makers, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, building a referral network, maintaining an organized sales pipeline, and meeting activity and monthly sales goals.
