Operations Team Lead, Library (Day shift) – La Vergne, Tennessee, United States (On-site)

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Team Lead to support the Operations team in La Vergne, TN. The role oversees all operational and administrative activities required to run a major production environment and serves as the lead for department workflow. The person will act in leadership capacity in the absence of the Supervisor. This position emphasizes safety, process improvement, and collaboration as the team ensures efficient distribution and warehouse operations.

Pay: $22.61 and up DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime as required.

Required Qualifications: - HS Diploma or equivalent - 1 year experience with PC-based applications - 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment - 6 months' experience including walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting, climbing, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.

Key Responsibilities: - Trains and develops hourly associates - Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions - Provides direction and leadership to associates - Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met - Researches issues and recommends solutions - Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner - Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion - Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities -
