About the role

Overview: The Operations Program Manager provides day-to-day leadership and oversight for a multidisciplinary operations support contract, aligning personnel, resources, schedules, and service requirements with customer expectations. About the role

Overview: The Operations Program Manager provides day-to-day leadership and oversight for a multidisciplinary operations support contract, aligning personnel, resources, schedules, and service requirements with customer expectations. The role oversees a diverse portfolio including inventory and logistics, print and duplication, fitness center administration, graphic design, mailroom services, parking support, and conference room and event coordination. Prior military service or experience in a similarly structured environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct program management activities including workforce planning, staff assignments, performance monitoring, quality control, risk management, transition activities, contingency planning, and continuity of operations.
Lead, coach, and mentor assigned personnel, reinforcing accountability and professional development.
Coordinate staffing levels, leave coverage, and alternate support to ensure uninterrupted performance across service areas.
Serve as primary liaison among customer representatives, corporate leadership, employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders; communicate program status and needs clearly.
Monitor service quality and contract performance, identify deficiencies or risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee inventory and logistics activities, including supply-level management, orders, tracking, reconciliations, budget monitoring, and inventory record maintenance.
Ensure coordination across print/duplication, mail operations, facilities-related services, and event-support
