SQLI Ghent, part of a European leader in digital transformation, is seeking a Medior Digital Marketing Project Manager to own delivery from idea to execution across strategy, marketing, and design. You will bring structure to complex, multi-disciplinary work, define clear scopes, timelines, and priorities, manage stakeholders and keep clients aligned and informed, identify risks early, and balance quality, speed, and budget. You will support teams in making better decisions and help create scalable, sustainable ways of working. You don’t just track progress—you drive it.

This role is based in Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium, with a hybrid work arrangement in our redesigned Sint-Martens-Latem office. We support flexible working while encouraging time together with the team. The position is permanent and employees are hired directly by SQLI (no contractors or agencies).

Qualifications: 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital project management, ideally within a fast-paced agency or consultancy. Experience delivering digital marketing projects (social media, influencer marketing, SEO, SEA, GEO, CRO, marketing automation, etc.). Strong planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams. Confidence to challenge clients and internal teams. Calm under pressure; you bring clarity in complexity. A pragmatic, results-oriented mindset. Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English; French is a plus. Experience coaching junior project managers is a plus.
