About The Role

Ciklum is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in Ukraine. You will oversee end-to-end technical delivery of features in the project roadmap, manage the Chatbot migration and coordinate complex cross-system integrations, and lead the team on a daily basis. You will align with stakeholders on new requests and changes, manage releases, risks, and dependencies, and provide people management.

Requirements

Personal skills: Wh

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering or Delivery Manager
• Proven track record delivering high-quality software projects using established best practices
• Experience with IT support platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve complex problems
• Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication skills; fluent English preferred
• Ability to perform a broad range of complex activities in various contexts
• Ability to investigate, define, and resolve complex issues
• Effective in distributed cross-functional teams
• Ability to influence customers and team members at the project level
• Strong planning, scheduling, and self-management
• Learning agility and openness to change
