Description: Coordinates the talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding activities in a hospital environment in compliance with Human Resources department policies and procedures, delivering high-touch, high-service support to the Recruitment team, hiring managers, internal and external customers, and colleagues. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with and coordinate recruitment processes including applicant tracking, assessment, testing, screening, sourcing, and communication of information & systems access. Under moderate supervision, provide recruitment services to assigned departments, positions, and/or hiring managers. Schedule pre-screens and interviews, health appointments, and candidate travel logistics. Coordinate interview processes, new hire onboarding, new hire orientation, off boarding and completion of files. Resolve general issues related to recruitment process and procedure, escalating high-level issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
