We are seeking a Highway Project Manager for an on-site role in McKinney, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all project objectives for assigned projects, including planning, scope, schedule, budget, team coordination, stakeholder communication, risk management, resource management, quality assurance, and reporting. Key responsibilities include developing project plans and quality management plans, creating and maintaining project schedules, managing subconsultants, monitoring progress and risks, preparing progress reports, and presenting status updates. The role also involves coaching and mentoring project team members, and collaborating with Section Heads, Office Leaders, and Practice Leaders on marketing activities such as proposal development and go/no-go decisions. Nonessential duties may include other related tasks.
