ROSE Financial Solutions is building a collective of experienced controllers to power a scalable FaaS platform. This is a structured path to broaden your scope beyond traditional controller duties, with hands-on experience across multiple client environments, exposure to the Easby platform, and mentorship from senior CFO-level leaders. The role aims to develop advisory skills to move into CFO-level engagements.
What You’ll Do - Own the monthly close process for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness - Produce financial statements and management reports that clients can actually use to make decisions - Monitor and enforce internal controls, identifying gaps before they become problems - Support DCAA, FAR, and indirect rate compliance for GovCon clients - Work inside Easby to manage transactions, approvals, reconciliations, and reporting workflows - Collaborate with ROSE CFO Members and Controllers to deliver integrated financial management - Support nonprofit clients with grant tracking, membership revenue, and donation accounting, ensuring funds are properly restricted, recognized, and reported - Prepare or support audit-ready financial packages, including schedules and documentation for external auditors and grant compliance reviewers - Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and build more scalable routines - Participate in client-facing meetings, translating financial data into clear, actionable guidance
