In this role you will provide high-quality technical and functional support to Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat; empower customers to maximize their fitness trackers and wellness software features; troubleshoot sync issues, hardware concerns, and app-related queries within the fitness and wellness sector; maintain a deep knowledge base of the latest fitness technology trends and product updates; deliver empathetic and expert service that aligns with the premium nature of the brand; collaborate with international teams to optimize the overall user experience. This position requires native or fluent Danish (spoken and written), a valid EU passport (mandatory), and a passion for fitness, wellness, and wearable technology. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer-centric problem solving and a strong command of English for international team collaboration are essential. Previous experience in technical support or customer relations is a plus.
