PRMG is seeking a Correspondent Account Executive to drive growth by developing relationships with mortgage bankers and delivering exceptional client service. This on-site role is based in Corona, California, United States and offers tools, training, and support to help you succeed, including competitive products and a pathway to build your own client portfolio. Responsibilities include developing and implementing relationship strategies to satisfy customer needs with a full array of PRMG products and services; utilizing business development skills to establish new business and maintain long-term client relationships with Mortgage Banking Clients; training and educating clients on PRMG's Correspondent Portal, programs, products, and processes; driving funded production above $10 million monthly; holding regular account visits; serving as the primary resource for clients' mortgage industry questions; monitoring loan deliveries and expiring rate locks; and delivering world-class service. Travel may be required. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in mortgage and banking industries, including third-party originations; proven success as Account Executive or Relationship Manager; thorough understanding of loan processes and the differences between Retail, Wholesale, and Correspondent Lending; strong relationship-building skills; existing client base preferred; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school diploma required.
