Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai are seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility in the luxury leisure segment from our Dubai properties. This on-site role focuses on attracting high-net-worth individuals, vacationing families and leisure groups from key international and regional markets, and on building strong commercial relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, luxury travel advisors, DMCs and corporate partners. You will identify new business opportunities, develop and execute leisure-focused sales strategies, and create tailored packages, promotions and partnerships to maximise bookings and revenue while delivering an exceptional guest experience across both properties. Responsibilities include targeting affluent travellers, managing strategic partnerships, providing regular sales updates, and collaborating with Marketing, Revenue Management and Operations to ensure a seamless guest journey from inquiry to on-property experience. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of experience in sales and business development within the luxury hotel sector, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as French, German, Spanish or Arabic are advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
