Rainbow Pediatrics is seeking a Clinical Team Lead (RN or LPN) to be based on-site in Raeford, North Carolina. The role provides clinical leadership by guiding the pediatric clinical team, coordinating patient care across disciplines, and ensuring efficient workflows that support high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include: managing day-to-day patient flow; assisting with care delivery according to professional standards; maintaining accurate records (clinical, staff training, leave); responding promptly to patient or family concerns; implementing evidence-based standards and OSHA guidelines; maintaining state immunization registry; managing inventory of clinical supplies and vaccines; keeping current with pediatric practice developments; coaching and mentoring front-line staff; ensuring compliance with Practice policies and HIPAA; upholding safe work practices; and participating in monthly staff meetings. Requirements: Active RN or LPN license in North Carolina; minimum of two years of pediatric experience; Basic Life Support certification; flexible to support other Rainbow Pediatrics locations as needed; availability for a half-day Saturday rotation every 4–5 weeks; valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance; triage experience preferred; coaching/mentoring ability. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing; bilingual Spanish; over two years of pediatric experience in outpatient, inpatient, or emergency settings.
