What you will do: Be an active member of an Agile team and follow the Scrum framework. Collaborate with engineering and multiple business units. Translate roadmap features into epics and stories. Develop and document business requirements. Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to showcase outcomes. Work closely with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization. Test and document systems, software, and services. Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance across our systems and processes. What you’ll bring: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. A driving curiosity to understand why and how things work. An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Extreme attention to detail. Experience analyzing and interpreting data. 2 years of experience with Salesforce. International Education/Exchange experience preferred. Readiness to grow and develop with our company.
