Shiftmove is seeking a commercially minded BI Team Lead to own the BI layer and lead the shift from traditional dashboard reporting to AI-enabled analytics. You will mentor 3 BI Analysts and partner with a dedicated Programme Manager to execute the analytics roadmap. The role involves collaborating with GTM, RevOps, Finance, and Operations to deliver actionable insights on ARR, pipeline performance, unit economics, and customer retention. You will rebuild the BI operating model, establish KPI governance and a single source of truth that executives and the Board rely on for high-stakes decisions, and implement an AI-enabled analytics layer from scratch to accelerate insight generation, detect anomalies, and enable self-service for non-technical teams. You will lead and grow the team, transforming it into trusted business partners. The first six months include understanding current data usage, identifying trust gaps, and repositioning the team as analytical partners. You will be based in Warsaw, Poland with remote work options, including up to 12 weeks of work abroad.
