You will own and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to product demos, proposal, negotiation, and close—delivering measurable business value through BigTime’s AI-powered professional services automation platform. You will work cross-functionally with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to tailor solutions and deliver compelling demos that address customer needs.

About the role

BigTime Software is seeking an Account Executive for the Mid Market segment to join our sales team in Chicago, IL. This strategic, full-cycle sales role focuses on mid-market accounts and is hybrid, with in-office days three times per week. You will own and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to product demos, proposal, negotiation, and close—delivering measurable business value through BigTime’s AI-powered professional services automation platform. You will work cross-functionally with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to tailor solutions and deliver compelling demos that address customer needs.

Responsibilities

Who you are:

Develop deep knowledge of BigTime’s offerings and articulate business value to executives, operations leaders, and project management stakeholders.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to exceed quota through proactive outbound and inbound leads, leveraging AI tooling.
Conduct consultative discovery to uncover pain points and workflow gaps; tailor collateral and demos with internal teams.
Collaborate to deliver a best-in-class buying experience and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
Stay current with industry trends and BigTime’s evolving product roadmap.
4+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with mid-market accounts and complex sales cycles.
Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Proven ability in value-based, solution-selling and ROI-based messaging.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
