We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead large-scale, 0-to-1 products that help more Americans access, understand, and participate in the financial system. This role is based in New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week and regular travel to Washington, DC.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead large-scale, 0-to-1 products that help more Americans access, understand, and participate in the financial system. This role is based in New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week and regular travel to Washington, DC.
What you’ll do: - Lead product strategy for Government Products, including scaling Trump Accounts and identifying new opportunities to expand Robinhood's impact through government partnerships. - Build and launch 0-to-1 products by guiding engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to take large-scale, trusted consumer financial products from concept to national launch. - Drive internal and external collaboration by working with internal partners across legal, compliance, policy, operations, finance, and communications, as well as external partners, to ensure products are built with high quality and integrity. - Foster a culture of execution by navigating ambiguity across product, regulatory, operational, and partnership workstreams, delivering delightful consumer experiences on time with an extremely high quality bar. - Iterate through data by fostering rapid experimentation, customer research, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
