Based in Cologne, Germany, this office-based role will design and optimize data-driven customer journeys across the full funnel to activate, convert, retain, and reactivate users. You will conceive and manage automated CRM and lifecycle campaigns as well as audience-specific communications, and you will create and evolve newsletters, content, and personalized communication streams. You will develop segmentation, trigger, and personalization strategies to boost engagement, conversions, and user retention, and you will plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests while analyzing campaign, funnel, and usage data to continuously optimize the customer journey.
