The role involves crafting compelling product marketing materials, collaborating with executives and product leaders to shape the AI product roadmap, and evangelizing our AI-enabled data services. Core responsibilities include developing high-impact materials (website copy, sales enablement, keynote presentations), conducting market and competitive analysis in the AI/ML data infrastructure space, and leading major product launches and GTM campaigns related to new AI capabilities. You will own enablement programs to ensure the field, partners, and customers understand how, where, and when to leverage Aiven for AI, and you will be a key spokesperson at webinars, industry events, and with press and analysts. The position requires 6+ years in B2B product marketing (cloud, data infrastructure, or open source), strong writing skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while driving cross-functional projects with executive leadership. Nice-to-have skills include experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, masterclass-level presentation and storytelling, and comfort with remote work and travel.
