Program Manager will oversee Paws for Patrick’s Emotional Support Animal (ESA), Therapy Dog, and Facility Dog programs, partnering with the Executive Director and Board to deliver mission-driven services. Working across the organization, the Manager will administer day-to-day program operations, maintain and cultivate relationships with partners and vendors, and supervise volunteer recruitment, training, and support. Responsibilities include tracking mission delivery to stay on target with monthly and annual goals, developing and managing program budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance and confidentiality, and representing the organization at events. The role also encompasses marketing and communications support to promote programs and campaigns, as well as contributing to quarterly reporting and donor engagement. This is a full-time, remote-friendly position with some local and national travel as required. Ideal candidates will possess strong writing and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and comfort using tools such as Google Sheets and Forms; Canva, Tableau, and Microsoft OneDrive are a plus. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
