Overview: PIMCO is seeking a Vice President, Marketing Automation Product Manager to serve as the subject matter expert for the Adobe Marketo instance. The role leads day-to-day Marketo administration, partners with business and technology teams to shape the long-term automation vision, strategy, and roadmap, and drives a unified global marketing automation program with regional nuances. Drive innovation in marketing automation by leveraging Marketo features and piloting emerging technologies such as AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics. Own the Marketo roadmap by prioritizing integrations, product enhancements, and process improvements; optimize workflows and templates to enable true multi-channel marketing synchronization. Align marketing automation strategies with business objectives, refine lead scoring models, and enable accurate persona creation. Define KPIs with global analytics and digital marketing teams and maintain consistent reporting across campaigns. Document standard operating procedures; train regional marketing teams on Marketo capabilities, campaign optimization, and automation best practices. Oversee governance and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and data hygiene, including user access and change management across regions.
