Solago GmbH, a fast-growing mid-sized company in photovoltaics and online solar components, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive and optimize our performance marketing initiatives. Based in Dusseldorf, Germany, this hybrid role (up to 2 days home office per week) offers the opportunity to shape campaigns across channels and markets. Responsibilities include independent management and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns, planning and scaling performance campaigns, coordinating with our Google Ads agency, building and optimizing native ads (Taboola & Outbrain), continuous monitoring of KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, KUR), conducting A/B tests for creatives and audiences, generating regular performance reports, collaborating with Content and Design teams, and exploring new marketing channels. You will work with CRO and Content teams to optimize landing pages and budgets across multiple markets, and support co-marketing campaigns with manufacturer partners.
