Brand Manager – Spanglish (Walnut Creek, CA, United States) Hybrid
Kinder’s is seeking a Brand Manager for the Spanglish brand who can think strategically, build brands from the ground up, and thrive in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. The ideal candidate combines a passion for Mexican culture and flavors with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach.
What you’ll do: - Develop annual and long-range brand plans to drive sustainable growth and own P&L performance. - Lead integrated marketing, seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, packaging updates, merchandising, digital content, and consumer activations from concept to execution. - Partner with sales, product development, culinary, operations, finance, and leadership to set portfolio priorities, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. - Identify whitespace opportunities, drive innovation from concept through commercialization, and evaluate portfolio performance to maximize growth. - Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to deliver compelling storytelling celebrating the Spanglish brand.
