You will develop and nurture customers toward advocacy, help establish goals and KPIs, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-departmental support to address customer needs. Qualifications include impeccable written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced SaaS environment. A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and eager to learn will excel. Prior experience in Customer Success or Account Management is a plus; proficiency in Office software is required; Salesforce and Zendesk experience is a plus. This is a 100% remote position for U.S. applicants (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) with base salary USD 58,000 to USD 62,000 per year and eligibility for an incentive plan.
