About the role

Allen Media Group (AMG), owner of Local Now, is seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager to lead CRM strategy across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and partner marketing to increase viewer engagement, retention, and lifetime value for the Local Now streaming platform. This role will work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and Programming to deliver personalized customer experiences that keep users coming back to Local Now. The Marketing Manager will also serve as the primary lead for creative development and partner marketing initiatives that support Local Now's growth.

Allen Media Group (AMG), owner of Local Now, is seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager to lead CRM strategy across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and partner marketing to increase viewer engagement, retention, and lifetime value for the Local Now streaming platform. This role will work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and Programming to deliver personalized customer experiences that keep users coming back to Local Now. The Marketing Manager will also serve as the primary lead for creative development and partner marketing initiatives that support Local Now's growth.

Responsibilities

Own Local Now's CRM strategy across email, push notifications, and future lifecycle channels.
Develop customer segmentation strategies based on user behavior, geography, content affinity, and engagement.
Manage creative briefing, asset management, and development of all paid media creative for Local Now.
Build automated lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, activation, re-engagement, retention, and win-back journeys.
Partner with Product to develop in-app messaging and lifecycle touchpoints that improve in-app engagement and retention.
Lead creative strategy for CRM channels by developing briefs, managing production, and testing messaging and formats.
Develop and execute A/B testing roadmaps across subject lines, creative, messaging, timing, personalization, and audience segmentation.
Collaborate with Programming to promote live weather events, breaking news, local content, and tentpole programming through owned marketing channels.
