Datadog is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA region to design and execute field marketing programs and live events from a hybrid, London-based office. You will work closely with regional enterprise sales to translate market priorities into customer- and prospect-facing programs that drive pipeline, including executive breakfasts and dinners, workshops, customer-led panels, and partner events. Responsibilities include developing and implementing the EMEA field marketing strategy, managing pre- and post-event promotion (direct mail, email, ads), and tracking program results while sharing best practices. You will also own sales enablement and coordinate company-wide events in the North America region such as AWS re:Invent, GCP tradeshows, and Datadog’s Dash conference. Requirements include at least five years of B2B marketing experience, strong collaborative skills with sales, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
