About the role
Overview: You will own the complete performance marketing mix and drive AI-enabled optimization to scale benuta, the European leader in Home & Living, from Berlin.
Responsibilities
Require
- Strategic channel & budget control: develop and own the cross-channel performance marketing strategy via MMM to achieve revenue, efficiency, lead generation, and brand awareness targets; manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Pinterest, Reddit Ads, and Affiliate partnerships with consistent budgeting and target logic.
- AI integration & workflow innovation: advance the use of large language models (LLMs) such as Claude and Gemini for automated, cross-channel campaign analysis; create prompts and workflows for accelerated reporting, anomaly detection, and budget optimization; serve as an internal AI marketing tools expert.
- Analytics & bidding evaluation: monitor KPIs (CPO, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate) using GA4 and our server-side tracking; evaluate AI-supported bidding and automation features of ad platforms for value.
- Tracking setup & data privacy: implement and manage tracking setups (e.g., Conversion APIs, UTM conventions) and ensure clean, privacy-compliant data foundations.
- Testing: run ongoing A/B tests and budget experiments to continuously improve performance across channels.
- Partner management & collaboration: negotiate and evolve vendor/affiliate contracts; collaborate with design, content, and IT for campaign alignment.
- Mentoring: support the professional development and onboarding of junior team members and share AI knowledge.
