Karl Storz is seeking motivated students to join our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams for the Summer Semester 2026 (starting March/April 2026) in Schwandorf, Germany. This working student position offers hands-on experience across all phases of the recruiting process and the opportunity to contribute to internal HR communications and employer branding efforts.

Responsibilities

Your profile:

Support both Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams with day-to-day activities.
Assist in creating analyses, reports, and presentations; gain practical experience in recruiting metrics.
Contribute to the design of content for internal HR communications and employer branding materials (experience with Canva or Adobe is a plus).
Help organize and actively shape internal HR communications.
Maintain and monitor the talent pool, contributing to talent sourcing efforts.
Get exposure to interview processes and modern recruiting methods.
Work on smaller projects and learn how employer branding and recruiting align to attract talent.
University studies in business administration, psychology, communications/media studies, HR, marketing or similar.
Interest in recruiting, employer branding, and employer branding.
Basic design experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is advantageous.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Structured and independent work style with high quality standards.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Very good German; good English skills.
