Position: Web Developer (Full-Time) The Kinder Institute for Urban Research is seeking a full-time Web Developer to design, build, and implement high-quality, high-performance web-based applications and tools that maximize our technology infrastructure. The role primarily focuses on front-end development with a strong UX/UI background, and should possess some back-end knowledge or be willing to develop it.

Work Arrangement This position is hybrid: three days in-office and two days remote in Houston, Texas.

Travel and Scheduling Occasional travel may be required; periodic evening and/or weekend work may be needed.

Compensation Hiring range: $82,000–$85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Exempt (salaried) position under FLSA.
