We are seeking a VP Controller to join our Financial Operations practice in Dallas, Texas, on-site. As a Controller Consultant, you will act as a strategic business partner, delivering senior financial management and accounting services for interim and project-based needs. You will collaborate with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity firms, tax advisors, and investors to help clients execute growth strategies, implement new processes, and improve controls. Required: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years as a Controller; Bachelor's degree; willingness to travel within your local market; strong consulting mindset and client service orientation; experience leading accounting operations and developing scalable finance functions; excellent interpersonal skills; proficiency in budgeting/forecasting with complex financial models; experience maintaining internal controls. Preferred: CPA or MBA; prior Big Four or equivalent experience; industry exposure to emerging growth, manufacturing, technology, and SaaS.
