Balanced Body is seeking a talented, self-motivated Videographer to join the Marketing department at our Sacramento, California headquarters. The role involves filming and editing a variety of projects for Balanced Body’s social media, website, and other marketing channels. Responsibilities include video production tasks such as lighting, recording, shooting photos, and set design, as well as post-production, editing a wide range of videos and creating on-screen graphics and thumbnail images. Requirements: Excellent communication skills; ability to process feedback and take direction. Minimum of four years' experience in video production and editing; proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and Audition; three years with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong photography skills; knowledge of current video editing software and technology. Highly organized; able to work in an office environment; strong attention to detail. Experience with color grading; motion graphics and animation. Problem-solving skills and quick learning; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; safe and responsible with video/photo equipment. Samples of work required, with notes on your role for each sample. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with live streaming and knowledge of Pilates is a plus. Salary and Work Schedule: Starts part-time, with potential to become full-time. Hybrid work schedule, Monday through Friday.
