Overview: We are looking for a skilled video editor and cutter to weave stories from image, sound, music, and rhythm into emotionally resonant films that fit the brand and audience. You will own projects from the initial rough cut to final delivery, working closely with Producing, Creative, and client teams. You will edit a range of formats—from corporate and real-people films to social content, interviews, event films, and short digital formats. You will contribute your own creative ideas, push beyond traditional editing, and assist with simple animations, sound design, and color correction and format adaptations as needed. You will develop your own style and technical know-how to keep our postproduction creative, efficient, and contemporary. You will be part of a collaborative crew that supports each other and celebrates successes. Location: Berlin, Germany with hybrid work under our Mobile-Office policy and flexible hours. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract.
