You will conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts. You will iteratively improve designs based on user feedback and analytics, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. Requirements include a proven UX design track record with a strong portfolio, proficiency with Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus. Nice to have: familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design; experience conducting user interviews and testing; knowledge of front-end development languages.
