EGYM is seeking a structured and hands-on Technical Project Manager for Hardware Engineering to join our Munich team. In this role you will coordinate hardware development projects from concept through mass production, collaborating with Engineering, Product Management and other stakeholders to build aligned roadmaps and ensure on-time delivery. You will define short- and long-term project goals, monitor schedules, identify risks, and drive continuous process improvements within EGYM's operational framework. You will lead projects through all phases—from initiation to mass production—while prioritising deliverables and maintaining visibility of project status. The ideal candidate has at least four years of hands-on project management experience in product development, manufacturing or engineering, a university degree in Engineering or a related field, strong communication skills, and a pragmatic, proactive approach. You should be willing to travel up to 20% (international trips and domestic visits for production or supplier sites). Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. This is a hybrid role based in Munich, Germany, within an international company culture that values flexibility, development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits program.
