The role combines program leadership, technical fluency, stakeholder management, and contract awareness to drive reliable, high-impact AI solutions. You will own or support a customer account plan, triage technical issues, and use data and analytics to align internal resources and deliver AI systems for government use cases in computer vision and generative AI. You will partner with engineering, operations, and other public sector teams to build and deliver AI solutions tailored to government needs, and you will lead a cross-functional team to exceed AI/ML objectives while proactively addressing risks to the customer base.
