We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. In this role you will own or support an account plan, triage customer technical issues, use data and analytics to align internal resources around complex problems, and drive the workflows that ensure reliable AI/ML solutions for public sector clients.

You will: - Drive innovation by tackling technical and operational challenges and delivering impactful solutions for public sector customers. - Build new solutions from scratch or significantly improve existing ones using technical concepts and tools. - Use data, analytics, and technical expertise to align internal resources and create tools that add value to customers in the public sector. - Transition AI/ML technologies and processes into working public sector products even when requirements are undefined. - Partner with engineering, operations, and other public sector teams to deliver AI systems tailored to government use cases in computer vision and generative AI. - Lead a cross-functional team to meet AI/ML objectives. - Proactively manage the long-term health of the customer base by identifying risks and addressing concerns. - Develop repeatable customer success approaches for future engagements. - Collaborate with product and engineering to address engineering challenges.
