AI71 is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the TPM team supporting ASK, our agentic platform that helps enterprises search across data, generate content, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows. The TPM function at AI71 is lean and active: you will carry one or more teams and own one or more cross-team initiatives end-to-end, ensuring delivery and aligning dependencies across product managers, tech leads, designers, software engineers, ML engineers, and DevOps. You will execute to clarify direction, scope, and priorities, drive cross-team delivery, review PRDs and technical designs, and surface risks early. You will own at least one complex cross-functional program end-to-end, spanning engineering, product, and leadership, and will influence the organization to improve ways of working. You will contribute to building the TPM function itself—facilitating retrospectives, shaping rituals, and participating in hiring and branding initiatives for TPM and engineering. You will join a close-knit team that values feedback, continuous learning, and growth. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles; strong engineering background valued; coding not required but ability to read code and challenge a technical design.
