Position: Tech Lead Embedded C/C++ Developer (H/F). Based in Bordeaux, France, on-site. Start date: ASAP to 3 months. Contract type: Permanent (CDI).
Role overview: We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to technically guide a development team and ensure the quality of embedded software while adhering to strict industry standards (DO-178).
Key responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers: technical leadership, code reviews, skill development - Develop and maintain critical embedded C/C++ software in compliance with DO-178 (levels C or D) - Contribute to the architectural design of embedded software solutions - Collaborate with systems and validation teams to ensure coherence and quality of deliverables - Write and validate technical documentation (specifications, test reports, etc.) - Promote continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Qualifications: - Engineering degree (BAC+5) or equivalent; minimum 4 years of embedded C/C++ development in a regulated embedded environment - Strong C/C++ expertise (modern standards, best practices) - Proven experience on DO-178 projects (level C or D) - Ability to lead a technical team (code reviews, mentoring) - Knowledge of software development methodologies (V-model, Agile) - Rigour and organizationa
