IdeaTek, a cutting-edge telecommunications company delivering fast internet to underserved communities, is seeking a Talent Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across Operations, Sales, Field Operations, and Corporate. This hybrid role is based in Buhler, Kansas, with on-site presence in Buhler and Wichita and remote work options, and periodic travel to additional locations as needed (including Tucson, AZ).

Key responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, tailoring approaches to the technical and skill requirements of each department. - Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, telecom networks, and employee referrals to engage both active and passive candidates. - Lead offer extensions, compensation discussions, and negotiations to secure top talent. - Partner with department heads and hiring managers on headcount forecasting, job descriptions, evaluation rubrics, and local market insights. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through prompt communication, transparent feedback, and structured interviews. - Track recruitment metrics, ensure ATS compliance (Paylocity), and strengthen IdeaTek's employer brand. - Support recruitment events and campus activations such as college fairs, diversity expos, and regional telecom conferences across Kansas and Arizona; measure ROI and optimize outreach.

Qualifications: - 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments. - Proven success hiring top professionals. - Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools; Paylocity is a plus. - Willing
