We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Working Student to support sourcing across technical, business, and go-to-market roles, build talent pipelines, and coordinate interview processes. The role is 20 hours per week and based in Munich, Germany, offering hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and practical sourcing skills valuable across the industry. As you gain confidence, you may independently manage the hiring process for individual positions from start to finish, learning every step of the recruitment journey through hands-on experience. You will source qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other talent platforms; research target companies and talent markets; maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS; explore new sourcing strategies; and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the interview process. Requirements include currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related fields; strong interest in recruitment; 20 hours per week availability; proficient English; internships or prior working student experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
