You will drive full-cycle recruitment for global roles, build proactive talent pipelines using sourcing strategies and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and partner with Hiring Managers to provide data-driven insights, regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and actionable recommendations. You will track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to identify trends and continuously optimize the hiring process, and you will support onboarding and offboarding activities as needed. Requirements include 3+ years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter in global companies, native or near-native English, hands-on sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping), experience recruiting in a global environment, familiarity with ATS and AI sourcing tools, a bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field, ability to collaborate across multiple time zones, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
